Some task schedule come to the execution without any part required ready for some reason. The warehouse did not deliver the parts, parts ready but already used for other work order, the vendor delay to ship the parts, or other cases that lead to parts not ready. Executor crew not ready due to leave or training, more scheduled task than resource crew available, special tools not available, support maintenance not available and many other reason that indicate resource will be not ready in the execution time.

Managing a successful condition monitoring program may seem easy to begin with. The technologies may be presented (by the sales companies) as being easy to use, and with a number of the technologies, it is not immediately obvious if they are not being used correctly. In the early days of a program, fault conditions will be easier to detect (there are probably a lot of them) so it is likely that management will be pleased with the results.

Material ordered for maintenance plan job already on hand, other resources required already get the commitment from the service provider. Planned task will continue to the next process to be scheduled for execution. Scheduling is process to organize equipment, crews, parts, workshops bays and other resources in the same time and place to execute tasks with specific procedure and quality as on planning that stated in the jobs cards.
